Gerade erst sicherte sich das Trio mit Swole Patrol im Closed Qualifier ein Ticket für die IEM Sydney 2019. Nun wurden sie vom Konkurrenten eUnited verpflichtet.

So hatte es sich Braxton 'swag' Pierce sicher nicht vorgestellt: Kurz nach dem Gewinn des nordamerikanischen Closed Qualifiers für die diesjährigen IEM Sydney schnappte sich der Finalgegner eUnited den Kern des Lineups.

Die beiden US-Amerikaner Victor 'food' Wong und Anthony 'vanity' Malaspina wechseln ebenso zu eUnited wie der Mexikaner Edgar 'MarkE' Maldonado. Das Trio ersetzt dort die Spieler Michael 'dapr' Gulino und Will 'dazzLe' Loafman sowie den bereits im Januar abgewanderten Pujan 'FNS' Mehta.

Für eUnited, das auch in der EPL NA an den Start geht, ist es bereits der sechste Roster-Wechsel seit Dezember. Bei Swole Patrol stehen nun nur noch swag und Coach Danny 'fRoD' Montaner im Aufgebot. Auch sie werden in der kommenden ESL Pro League antreten, jedoch ist noch unklar, mit welchem Lineup.

Since joining eUnited the culture has been pretty unsteady. With this group of players joining I can be fully confident in the roster. Vanity will bring a new perspective to calling for the team and I am very excited about the potential and the future.

This has been a very difficult year for eUnited Counter-Strike. We are very proud of what we have accomplished and plan to improve upon our successes from 2018. With that being said our organization has identified that the best option for our team is a culture shift. I am deeply saddened to have to move on from Will and Mike. This past year with them has been incredible and I wish them both the best in their futures not only as players but as people who I have become friends with. However, I am very optimistic and excited for the potential with the new team and am excited for a complete reset for 2019.
