Wechsel bestätigt: Gott vergibt, TACO nicht.

Nachdem die Gerüchte um einen Wechsel von TACO zu Team Liquid sich erneut verschärft hatten, ist dieser nun bestätigt. Der Brasilianer ist offiziell im Lineup und ersetzt einen echten Pechvogel.

Gehen muss Lucas 'steel' Lopes, der sich nach eigenen Angaben selbst dazu entschieden hat, aus dem aktiven Lineup zurückzutreten. Er wurde damals von FalleN aus dem brasilianischen Major-Lineup entlassen und nachdem er sich zurück an die Spitze der Szene gekämpft hatte, zebrach das Major-Final-Lineup der Immortals.

TACO würde laut Liquid sehr gut in ihr System passen und seine vokale Art im Spiel soll dem Team weiterhelfen. Er wird für Liquid die Solo-Sites spielen und das Team werde an seinem dynamischen AWP-Stil festhalten.

Der erste Auftritt des neuen Lineups wird bei den CORSAIR DreamHack Masters Marseille 2018 sein. Online ist er ab sofort in der Esports Championship Series Season #5 und der ESL Pro League Season #8 spielberechtigt.

I wasn't feeling happy because of my individual performances, the way I approached both in and out game in Team Liquid was totally wrong, because of that, I never felt comfortable during my time in TL. I've learnt from all this mistakes and it was a great and positive experience for me, no regrets.

Because of this, I have decided to step down from the roster and I would like to thank the organization and my teammates for the awesome time together, and last, thank you all the fans, you guys rock!

Being able to join the best American organization with the best American CS:GO team is a big opportunity for me. Those guys are extremely talented and I believe that I have what they need to start winning tournaments. Working again with zews made my decision so easy and I’m sure I chose the right place to be at. I just can’t wait to start practicing, bring my experience and help them with whatever they need to become the top 1 team in the world.
