Echo Fox verpflichtet Torqued Lineup

Nachdem NBA-Legende Rick Fox im Dezember 2015 bereits den League of Legends Championship Series Slot von Gravity Gaming für 1 Million Dollar kaufte, welchen nun seine eigene Organisation Echo Fox bekleidet, expandiert er nun auch in Richtung Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Und trotz des aktuellen Interesses von Organisationen, an Teams und der Knappheit dieser, konnten die Amerikaner von Echo Fox ein sehr ansehnliches Lineup verpflichten.
Die wohl größte Überraschung, welche allerdings schon beim MLG Last Chance Qualifier bekannt wurde, ist, dass der ehemalige Cloud9 Star-Ingame-Leader Sean 'seangares' Gares wieder zum aktiven Spielbetrieb zurückkehrt. Selbst mit geringerem Zeitaufwand, als damals in Cloud9, sollte seangares in der Lage sein das Team kurz und mittelfristig zu regionalen Erfolgen - und vielleicht sogar mehr - führen zu können. Ebenfalls hinreichend bekannt ist Mohamad 'mOE' Assad, seines Zeichens Streamer, ehemaliger CS:S-Pro für die San Francisco Optx in der Championship Gaming Series von DirecTV und amerikanischer Nationalspieler in der The World Championship 2015 von E-Frag letztes Jahr. Er ist die AWP des Teams und bringt neben seangares sehr viel Erfahrung mit. Vervollständigt wird das Team mit den regional durchaus bekannten Spielern Trey 'tck' Martin, Armeen 'a2z' Toussi und Ronnie 'ryx' Bylicki. Letzterer war zuletzt in einer Tryout-Phase bei Complexity Gaming, während tck bereits mit mOE in Torqued spielte und auch a2z bereits mit mOE & Co auf diversen LANs gespielt hat. Der Erfolg des Teams hängt davon ab wieviel Zeit und Aufwand die Spieler in das neue Team stecken, das Talent und der Skill ist auf jeden Fall gegeben.

Das Team wird laut Echo Fox Besitzer Rick Fox in der kommenden ELEAGUE spielen. In seinem Statement lässt er ebenfalls verlauten, dass er seinen Spielern in erster Linie vermitteln will, sich wie professionelle Athleten zu verhalten. Hierbei wird ihm seine langjährige NBA-Erfahrung sicherlich zugutekommen.

My vision for Echo Fox has always been much larger than League of Legends.

League is clearly a key component and a great starting point as the most played PC game in the world, but I am building what I intend to be the preeminent eSports empire."

Given my desire to have one of the leading franchises in Turner's ELEAGUE, I have spent the past several months putting together the best team possible.

The team we signed is lead by some of the top players in the game. m0E is a household name in the CS:GO community and has over 500,000 followers on Twitch. sgares lead his team to a first place finish in the IBuyPower Cup last year and was rated as the best in game leader in North America.

I know these two, as well as the others, were all being courted by other top teams. We are excited to have them as part of the Echo Fox family and expect to do big things together.

There were losing environments and winning environments, I know what they look like, I know what they smell like, and I know how to help individuals go to another level.

That's what we're going to be about.

Today I am proud to announce that I have partnered with an organization that shares the same ideologies as me and is just as adamant about growing my personal brand as much as their own. I will be joining Echo Fox. This organization will make sure the team I built will have all the resources needed to succeed.
